Twitchy Dolphin's homage to the comic book universe FUNNY BOOKS, is now an offical selection of the 8th annual Red Wasp Film Festival being held October 15 and 16 at Stage Center Theater in Bryan, Texas.
FUNNY BOOKS will screen Friday night, October 15, as the festival's final performance of the evening. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the festival lineup starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the door: $25/both nights, $15/one night; with student ID, $15/both nights, $10/one night.
Stage Center Theater FUNNY BOOKS is a comedy, lovingly told by comic fans for comic fans and non-fans alike, about an unassuming dreamer named Wally who finds himself, and true love, while juggling a nefarious boss, a manipulative girlfriend, and a universe of elitist fanboys and eccentric characters at the friendly neighborhood comic store. |
