We are ecstatic to announce this year's seventh annual Action on Film International Film Festival will host Twitchy Dolphin's Los Angeles-area debut in July with not one, but two, of our feature films, LOOK AT ME AGAIN and SNATCH 'N' GRAB.

After winning Best Drama at the Bare Bones International Film Festival in April, this is the second time in four months Twitchy Dolphin Flix will be featured in a major festival that Moviemaker Magazine considers one of the top 25 worth the entry fee. Earlier in the year, SNATCH 'N' GRAB was also named Best Comedy at the Aphrodite Cinefest International.

This will be the largest film festival, both in terms of size and market location, that Twitchy Dolphin has so far been invited to participate; marking yet another huge milestone in our effort to build a top-quality independent production company in Austin, Texas. As always, we owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to our dedicated casts and crews for their efforts.

Press release from Action on Film International Film Festival:

Twitchy Dolphin Flix's multiple award-winning films LOOK AT ME AGAIN and SNATCH 'N' GRAB will be screening at this summer's annual Action on Film Festival in Pasadena, California

Pasadena, CA - Twitchy Dolphin Flix's team of filmmakers will be screening their two full-length feature films at the seventh annual Action on Film International Film Festival between July 22nd and 30th. Attracting filmmakers, writers, fans, and celebrities, the AOF Festival will feature more than 600 independent films in old-town Pasadena, California.

Twitchy Dolphin's award-winning film LOOK AT ME AGAIN is the story of three sisters who are each starting their own families and dealing with the obstacles that arise within their respective relationships.

James Christopher, writer and director of Twitchy Dolphin's four-person team says, "the film portrays the interconnectedness between families, in this case sisters, and how one event can create a ripple effect amongst them."

The team's other feature, SNATCH 'N' GRAB focuses on the dynamics of power within sexual relationships. Appealing to both males and females, Christopher says, "it shows how females can be just as crass as males when it comes to relationships and how some women just don't realize the amount of control they actually have."

The four-person team of graduates from the University of Texas' renowned film school have built their company with the goal of growing organically. "We want to show that there are alternatives to big Hollywood. We want to grow in a way that makes sense," Christopher said. "We make the films that we want to make, always keeping in mind the question of 'what's the point?'"

Twitchy Dolphin Flix's award-winning films will be showcasing at July's annual Action on Film Festival. Featuring screenings, dinners, an award show, and its famed red carpet event, the festival and celebration will attract thousands of talented filmmakers, celebrities, and fans alike.
